INGREDIENTS
Organic: chamomile, spearmint, rose petals and lavender

STEEPING DIRECTIONS
Steep 3 teaspoons (2g) of Indian Rose Garden in 1 cup (8oz) of 180° F water for 4 minutes and strain. Makes 1-2 infusions. For 180° F water, boil then let cool 3-5 minutes.
